Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty. This right applies to all items, including those bought on sale.

How to exercise your right
Fill in our withdrawal form, or send us a clear statement of your decision to julien@sdg-distribution.fr.

Returning your item
Send the item back within 14 days of sending your notice of withdrawal, preferably by registered post, to the following address:

Return shipping costs are at your expense. The item must be returned in perfect resalable condition, with no signs of use and not assembled.

Refund
We refund you within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the item or from proof of its dispatch, to the payment method used for the order. In the event of a partial return, only the price of the items returned is refunded, excluding outbound shipping costs.

How long the refund then takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.

Faulty, damaged or non-conforming item
Check your parcel as soon as it arrives and note any reservations on the carrier's delivery note. If an item is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible at julien@sdg-distribution.fr. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery, and from the warranty against hidden defects, set out in article 10 of our Terms of Sale.

Exchanges
To get a different size or model quickly, return the item following the procedure above and place a new order.
