Delivery areas

We deliver to mainland France and Corsica, within the European Union, to several European countries outside the EU (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Andorra, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine), as well as to the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Arab Emirates. French overseas territories are not served at the moment.

Free shipping from €70

From €70 of purchases, home delivery is free in France and in most European Union countries (see details below). Below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated and shown in the cart before you confirm your order.

An express delivery option is available in many countries; its price is shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may be payable on receipt.

Processing and delivery times

Your orders are prepared and shipped quickly, usually within 24 to 48 hours (working days). Estimated delivery times after shipping: 24–48 h in France, 3 to 5 days in Europe, 5 to 10 days internationally. These times are given as an indication only.

Carriers

Your orders are shipped with DPD, Chronopost and FedEx (international). A shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number is sent to you as soon as your parcel leaves.

Transfer of risk

In accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, risk passes to the Customer when they take physical possession of the goods.
